ACTRON AG is part of the pan-European Steliau Technology Group. Steliau Technology was founded in October 2018 through the merger of Astone Technology and Silfox. With a comprehensive and complementary portfolio of electronic components, we serve a wide range of markets and support our customers with tailored end-to-end solutions.

Your Responsibilities
- You maintain, further develop, and continuously improve our ISO 9001-certified Quality Management System and ensure the sustainable documentation and optimization of processes and procedures.
- You support the preparation and execution of internal and external audits and contribute to certification processes and the implementation of quality-related requirements.
- You create Quality Assurance Agreements together with our customers and suppliers and ensure their consistent implementation.
- You manage the commercial handling of complaints and serve as the central interface between customers, suppliers, and internal departments.
- Drawing on your expertise in Continuous Improvement, you identify optimization potential and help drive sustainable quality and process improvements.
- You support our occupational health and safety activities and contribute to the further development of safety-related processes and standards.
Your Profile
- You have successfully completed a commercial or technical qualification, combined with professional experience in quality management, ideally within an ISO 9001 environment.
- You view quality as more than compliance with standards and actively contribute to process design, optimization, and continuous improvement.
- You communicate confidently with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders and enjoy acting as a collaborative link between different departments and partners.
- Experience in complaint management, auditing, or occupational health and safety is considered an advantage.
- You are comfortable communicating in English and can express yourself professionally and confidently, particularly in written correspondence and email communication.
