As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining long-term customer relationships and for achieving sustainable sales growth. The portfolio focuses on displays, wireless, embedded systems and IoT. Your sales territory will be concentrated in southern Germany. In addition to account management and the sale of technical solutions, the position also involves strategic business development. It is a key position in the development of a scalable, solution-oriented sales organisation.

Your responsibilities
  • Responsibility for and development of assigned customer accounts in southern Germany
  • Primary commercial and technical interface with customers
  • Identification and development of new business opportunities in southern Germany
  • Strategic lead Generation and responsibility for the sales pipeline
  • Positioning of the entire product and solution portfolio
  • Close cooperation with product management
  • Continuous development of skills

Your qualifications
  • Proven experience in account management or technical sales
  • Familiarity with display technologies and value-added distribution markets
  • Strong communication skills and a strong service orientation
  • Ability to identify and exploit business opportunities
  • Results-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to travel for customer visits
  • Fluent knowledge of German and English
  • Bachelor’s degree in economics, engineering or a related field preferred

As the technical and strategic manager of our display product portfolio, your future role will involve ensuring that in-depth technical expertise, market understanding and customer requirements are combined to create competitive, scalable solutions.

Your responsibilities

  • Responsibility for the display product portfolio, such as TFT, LCD, PMOLED, segment displays, customer-specific solutions
  • Continuous development of the portfolio and sales strategy based on market requirements, technology trends and competitive analyses
  • Technical advice for sales and customers on product and technology selection and design-in decisions
  • Review and evaluation of technical requirements, drawings and specifications
  • Technical support for sales account managers with complex customer enquiries, presentations and critical project phases
  • Technical contact person for display manufacturers and technology partners
  • Coaching and training of sales teams


Your qualifications

  • In-depth knowledge of TFT, LCD, OLED, PMOLED, segment displays
  • Comprehensive understanding of electronic systems and applications
  • Ability to explain complex technical topics clearly and comprehensively
  • Experience in value-added distribution is an advantage
  • Structured analytical thinking
  • Experience in stakeholder and project management
  • Strong intrinsic motivation, fascination and enthusiasm for technology
  • Strong communication skills and solution-oriented approach
  • Team orientation and mentoring mentality
  • Fluent in German and English
